Killington Forward Project Kicks Off

The Killington Forward project kicked off on October 4. This project includes new municipal water infrastructure, improvements to Killington Road, workforce housing and a new Ski Village. Dufresne Group provided water system design services for new well pumps, a new wellhouse and a new pump station with process, electrical, instrumentation, and HVAC components, a new 0.75 mg pre-cast/pre-stressed concrete water storage tank, and water main, with appurtenances, and including required site work and access roads, site work including grading, yard piping, access roads, headwalls, drainage, restoration, and other miscellaneous work. The winning bid for the water portion of the project was provided by Casella Construction of Pittsford in the amount of $19.38 million.
