Summer Staffing Updates at Dufresne Group!

For the 2025 summer season, Dufresne Group has two engineering interns joining the team.

  • Evan Joaquin will be a senior at the University of Vermont, studying civil engineering. He has a passion for designing and planning sustainable infrastructure to address environmental and community needs. He will be working onsite in Killington as Resident Project Representative for the summer before heading back to UVM.

  • Stephen Canon is a student at the Vermont State University - Randolph Campus, studying civil and environmental engineering. He enjoys fly fishing, kayaking, and cooking in his spare time. Stephen will be working onsite in Northfield as a Resident Project Representative for the summer.

 

Joining Dufresne Group full time in June is Caitlyn Dasaro. She is a recent graduate from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, MA, earning her bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering. She will be an Engineering Technician based out of our Springfield office. During her time at WPI, she had the unique experience of traveling to Namibia, Africa, where she spent two months learning about agriculture and sustainable technologies in rural communities. She grew up in northern Vermont and later moved to the Springfield area. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as running and hiking throughout Vermont and New Hampshire.
