The WESTSIDE INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVMENTS PROJECT has been set forth to improve the failing infrastructure within a large portion of St Johnsbury, VT.
The following key items are integral to this project:
- Replace undersized water main
- Install new water services
- Install new fire hydrants
- Clean and Line a portion of water main on Prospect Street and Thadeus Lane
- Replace the existing combined sewer system (which now overflows into Sleeper's Brook) with separate sanitary sewer and stormwater systems.
- Install new sewer services to the Town right-of-way
- Install new stormwater connection points at the Town right-of-way to facilitate connections from private stormwater such as from roof drains, etc.
- Construct new sidewalks with granite curbing
- Construct new roadways
- Construct new retaining walls
