Since 1999, Dufresne Group (DG) has provided civil engineering and consulting services to both municipal and private sector clients. The firm provides specialized expertise in water and wastewater treatment systems and related infrastructure planning and design. The staff has extensive experience in surface and groundwater exploration and development and providing funding assistance and regulatory guidance for the municipal sector. DG staff can assist clients with local ordinances, rate studies, planning reports, construction arbitration, preparation of requests for proposals (RFP's), and operational assistance to water and wastewater system operators.
