Robert E. Dufresne holds a BS in Civil Engineering, received summa cum laude from Norwich University, and a MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin. He is a registered professional engineer in Vermont, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Wisconsin and has worked on extensive water and wastewater projects throughout New England during his 24 year career. Mr. Dufresne specializes in water treatment systems, water system planning and analysis and water treatment pilot investigations. He conducts operator training for the Filtration, Disinfection, and Jar Testing sessions of the Vermont Operator Certification program, serves on the Engineering Liaison Committee and is the current chairman of the American Consulting Engineering Council, VT Chapter.
