Naomi comes to us from USDA, Rural Development where she was employed as a loan specialist. She underwrote loans and grants to municipal and non-profit organizations to assist them with financing projects that included water and wastewater improvements, first responder vehicles, and non-profit facilities improvements to name a few. After 26 years with Rural Development, Naomi retired in 2007.
