Naomi Johnson's education includes a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Vermont in Civil Engineering and an Environmental Engineering Master's Degree, received from Montana State University. Ms. Johnson has a broad range of engineering experience, including water and wastewater treatment system design, water distribution system computerized analysis, geographic information systems (GIS) software applications, subdivision design, Act 250 permitting and stormwater systems design and permitting.
