Windsor, VT - Morgan Meadows

Dufresne Group (DG) provided civil/site engineering for a 58 residential lot subdivision designed for 97 units on Hunt Hill Road in Windsor, Vermont. DG provided both topographic and land survey services using a robotic total station unit that significantly reduces time in the field. DG also served as the civil engineer, land planner, project team leader and permit liaison coordinator for obtaining local, State and Federal permits. DG proactively worked with the following subconsultants to insure the Act 250 permit process was efficient.

DG completed final design engineering for the project that included the following components:

4,800 linear feet of roadway

720 feet of force main

1,500 feet of storm drain

A sewage pump station

5,250 feet of gravity collection sewer

6,200 linear feet of 8-inch water main

Water booster station improvements for variable speed constant pressure pumping and diesel fuel fire pumping to serve both the Mount Ascutney Hospital and the new development
