DEPOT STREET SIDEWALK

When the United States Postal Service decided to relocate and build the new Wilder, Vermont Post Office local residents and the Town of Hartford Officials met to improve pedestrian access to the new facility.

Dufresne Group completed final design activities in September of 2000. The project consisted of removing existing bituminous and concrete sidewalk, removal of concrete curb, installation of electrical conduit, wiring, street lights and bases, granite curb and portland cement concrete sidewalks. The project was bid in March of 2001, with construction activities occurring during the 2001 construction season.
