Dufresne Group (DG) provided civil/site engineering for a comprehensive renovation of the historic 72 apartment building, which will be converted to a 58 unit apartment building. The affordable housing project is a partnership between Rockingham Area Community Land Trust and Housing Vermont. DG served as the civil engineer for design and construction phases and provided permitting assistance.
